My Favorite Year of High School

My favorite year of schooling defiantly has to be my senior year. You have a lot more freedom compared to all your other years of high school. Your freshmen year you are at the top of the food chain. You get picked on and you take a lot of grief. You do not know anyone, besides your classmates. You really only know your Vice Principal and the Principal. Sometimes you get lonely too especially if you roam the hallway by yourself. Your sophomore year you begin to mature a little bit more. You either play JV or a Varsity sport if you are good enough. If you play JV you have a better chance of starting then Varsity as a sophomore. You are able to get a job and your permit. You don’t really get picked on as much, because you will know most of the people in the school. As a junior you feel more confident. You know everything about school now and you know your teachers. You are towards the top of the bottom of the food chain. You are also maturing more and you have more responsibility. Some colleges start to send you letters too depending on how good your grades are and maybe you will get interest from a school, because of how good you play in a sport Finally your senior year is the best. You have way more privileges, but a little more responsibility then last year. You get to leave early or come in late. You have to pick a college to go to. If you play sports you have a better chance of starting, because you are a senior and understand the sport more. You mess around a whole lot more too, especially towards the end of the year with senior pranks. If your senior year doesn’t go as well as mine is then you are crazy!
